Cooking class with Chef Paul Parker
Topic: Fun foods to make for the holidays
Sunday, December 12, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The class is limited to 12 people and will be a real hands-on experience.
The students will work together to prepare a number dishes, focussing on
techniques that can be transferred to the home kitchen. Then, we’ll all sit
down together in the late afternoon to enjoy the fruits of our labors with wine.
The price will be $125 per person.
